Busy Weekend

Well we had a busy but somewhat relaxing weekend. Friday night Sonni stayed the night with Gigi and Pop while Will and I went to Sardis to do some work on the new place! It was in pretty good shape, but needed cleaning to my standards and some decorating. We brought a truck load of decorations from the house, bought a few, and gathered a few that belonged to us from the other trailer. We stayed up until two in the morning working. I even let will talk me into cutting a hole into my fish rug...but it looks really great in the new space. Saturday morning we got up and hit it hard again working in the yard this time! We sprayed round up, picked up sticks, and blew leaves. We were able to get a lot of work done, but we were missing our little girl! So we met mom in Memphis picked Sonni up and went back to Sardis! We were going to do some more work but instead we grilled out, watched a movie, and played with Sonni. I think this relaxing family time was very well deserved. Here are some picture of our new space at Sardis...

I am sure this space will continue to change with each visit. I can say that I spray painted so much that my arm was sore! I spent a lot of time spray painting some things that the previous owners left such as lamps. So for our next trip I bought myself one of the attachments for the spray paint can! I wish I had taken before pictures, but I didn't really get any.
We came home Sunday and I had a paper to do while Will went to John's Boat Dock. Monday was filled with more homework, house cleaning, and another trip to Wal-Mart! Then Mrs. Sabrina and I took dinner to Adrian and Lori...Here is a picture of Luke Allan from this visit...
He is so tiny and very, very sweet! After all of this work Sonni was worn out! She has been a little fussy lately because her gums are bothering her. She was playing on her mat while Will and I had dinner and when we looked down at her she was sacked out! This is the first time she has just fallen asleep in the middle of activity like that so I am guessing she must have been exhausted from our busy weekend/day...
