Happy 4th of July!

Well we had a nice long weekend at the lake. I wouldn't say that it went exactly like we had planned, but some things never do...There was a little too much drama and not enough relaxing this weekend for me, but that's life. Will and I did purchase a new place at the lake that has a much nicer trailer and we will own the lot. This place will be a lot better for us, I may actually let Sonni touch the floor in this place which will be a BIG help when she starts crawling. The major downfall is that it is not in the same park as Joel and Mckenzie and Tanner and Chrissy. Which is a bummer because we enjoy the ease of being across the gravel street from each other when we are cooking and hanging out, but the new trailer is only about a three minute drive...so it's not like we are moving across the lake! It just seems that way!
Sonni, Buddie and Big John got home from Florida and only stayed one day before heading to Sardis so they could see you and spend some time with you. This is a big deal for Big John to stay away from home for that long so they must have missed you pretty bad!  Also, Gigi, Pop, Anna, and Casey came down Sunday and spent the day out on the water with us. They decided not to stay the night, but I hope they will come back some time this summer. We spent most of the weekend hanging out on the water with Joel, Mckenzie, and Hartley. You and Hartley were both great out on the water, the two of you are water babies for sure. We had a nice shaded spot under some trees and a sandy beach...you can't ask for much more than that! Today when we got home from the lake, Will and I took Sonni to Gigi and Pop's while we went to Joe's Crab Shack. I have been craving crab legs since I saw people eating them on a movie last weekend so I had to get my fix. We enjoyed our nice relaxing dinner then went back to Gigi's for some dessert. It was a nice ending to the weekend.
