Well Sonni, you survived your first weekend at the lake! You were perfect while we went out on the water and I think you actually liked it until Mommy dipped your feet in the water. It was really cold! We only went out on the water one day and stayed about 5 hours. We were able to spend that time tied up with other friends who were at Sardis for the weekend. Unfortunately there was no sand bar but we managed to make it work. We also bought a bouncy seat, play mat, and bath tub to leave at the trailer in Sardis so that we don't have to tote everything back and forth every time we go down. We also got the picnic table down there so you will have it when you get ready for it! We took the bouncy seat out on the boat with us and it worked out great!
Now this week is going to be spent getting things in order to begin starting back to school and work for mom. It has been such a nice break from reality, but it is time to begin finding a new norm for around here. School starts back on Monday and work will soon follow...
Glad Sonnie likes Sardis! It will make life easier!haha! I haven't talked to Jan, thought they were going down there for the week-end. She talks about Sonni all the time! She is precious!
