Sardis

Well we had another great weekend at Sardis! We had a great time with family and friends. It is so nice to have somewhere to get away and not have to travel too far. Sonni seems to enjoy it there too. We went down on Friday about lunch time when I got out of class. Friday night we cooked steaks and hung out. Saturday we got a surprise visit from Pop and Casey, they enjoyed rubbing this visit in when Gigi found out the came without her! They had been putting Aunt Lee's play house together in close by so they rode down to see Sonni and check out the new place. Buddie and Big John also decided to come down since it was cloudy at home. We spent the morning visiting and went out on the water later in the afternoon.

Will and I were off work on Monday to take Sonni to the doctor so we decided to spend Sunday night at the lake too as a family. We enjoyed our time together just laying around and being lazy. I did fill Sonni's pool up with water on the porch for her to play in. She loves the water...especially when it feels like bath water!

Sonni did get her first mosquito bite this weekend while we were at the lake! We were inside and I saw it land on her little face. You will be able to see the bite in the four month pictures I post next. I hate it, but I guess it is just one of those inevitable things!
