Thankfulness

Thankfulness...Sunday when I was thinking about Sonni being with someone besides me on Thanksgiving...I was thinking with a selfish heart instead of a grateful heart. I am so thankful to be surrounded by family and friends who are willing to let my child spend Thanksgiving with them, I am thankful for my job, I am thankful for my health and the health of my family. I am thankful for the people that I will be taking care of on Thanksgiving day...and I pray that I will touch their lives with the love of Christ as much as they touch my life. I pray for the special lady that I had the opportunity to meet today who brought new joy to my life(and her special dressing recipe)...I am thankful that she moved out of ICU and one step closer to being at home with her family on Thanksgiving. I am thankful that I will be able to bring joy to some one's thanksgiving day by helping their family member come one step closer to a healthy life. I am thankful that I have such a loving family and I pray that they will have safe travels over this holiday! BUT MOST OF ALL I AM THANKFUL FOR SONNI MCCOLL BURLISON AND THE JOY SHE HAS BROUGHT TO MY LIFE!!!!
